What shipping method do you use?
We ship via UPS so you can expect to receive your order between 1 and 5 business days from the time of shipping. If you prefer USPS or need expedited shipping, please contact us. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
International shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and customs fees that are added to your shipment.
What is your return policy?
Each item is hand crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item is defective or damaged, you must notify Karma Crystal within 3 days of receipt for a return authorization and the item or items will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt, no exceptions. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes. Please contact us to purchase sample garments or to receive more detailed garment specifications, or if you have any questions as to how a particular product fits.
What are the washing instructions?
Since most of our apparel has several thousand crystals we recommend turning your garment inside out and machine wash on gentle/or hand wash in cool or warm water and hang dry. If do choose to put in the dryer please use low heat and avoid over drying. DO IRON OVER CRYSTALS AS IT MAY DAMAGE YOUR APPAREL. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
Do you keep artwork on file for reorders?
Yes, we do keep all artwork on file for reorders.
What is your turnaround time?
Generally orders are shipped with 7-14 business days, however, if the order is extremely large or placed during peak season orders may take a little longer.
How long does artwork take?
When an image is emailed to us for a quote, we will give you pricing based on your design and quantities. Once we get the approval to move forward artwork can take anywhere from 1-4 hours to create as each stone is laid out one by one to mirror your logo. Karma Crystal is one of the only companies to offer free artwork, therefore, we would appreciate only serious inquiries.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Karma Crystal does not share or sell any of your private information.
What is your Copyright Policy?
When ordering custom merchandise, you the customer, in consideration of the services provided by Karma Crystal, represent that all materials used in making the product will not cause the violation of any law, rule, regulation, franchise or other agreements, oral or written relating to trademarks, ordinance, or copyrights, etc. The customer also represents that by commissioning the seller to produce the item, they have the full authority to purchase and to grant the rights to the seller to design and sell any design or product that is created. The customer agrees to indemnity and hold the seller harmless from and against any fees that are incurred by the seller to produce and sell any design or product that is created.
What are your minimums on new orders?
Since we don’t charge artwork or setup fees we do apply the 15 piece minimum. This can be combined on transfers or apparel. Please contact us for further details.
Do you provide breaks on bulk orders?
Karma Crystal does offer price breaks on large orders. Please contact us for more information.
How many color stones can be used in my logo?
Since we use a robotic machine we are limited to the amount of colors and size stones per design. Generally you can use up to three colors in most designs.
