Karma Crystal is a family owned and operated company out of Phoenix, Arizona. We specialize in creating custom rhinestone apparel as well as rhinestone transfers. Our in-house art department can quickly turn any company, team or dance studio logo into a customized rhinestone design.
While designing a high end children's line over the past 5 years, we became very familiar with custom rhinestone work. We were constantly trying to find companies that would produce custom rhinestone heat transfers for us on our schedule, quantity and budget. We tried to use the overseas market, however lead time and minimum quantities became a huge problem for us. Needing these custom rhinestone transfers ourselves as well as knowing the demand for a speedy turnaround time, Karma Crystal was born.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Paypal. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express directly on phone-in or faxed orders. All pricing on the website is listed in US dollars.
Returns & Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of $10. However, if the product is custom or personalized with a name or other information, we cannot accept merchandise returns. Return shipping charges are not re-imburseable. Returns and exchanges on items purchased from our website may be made by calling or emailing us at karmacrystal@cox.net and obtaining a Return Authorization Number. The items MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in perfect and unworn condition. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid. Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE.
