MAKE ORDERING EASY WITH OUR KARMA CRYSTAL TEAM WEB STORES

Welcome Owners and Coaches! We are now offering our Team Store to help facilitate the sale of our custom rhinestone apparel. There is no cost for this fantastic service. For more information please follow these easy steps to create your own personal web store for your gym or studio, we are always available if you have questions!:

1.  Go to the get a quote page of our website.  Submit all required information and upload your logo.  If you do not have a logo we can work with you to create the custom logo you desire.

2.  Upon approval of pricing we will create a mock up for you within 3 to 7 business days.  In order to create a mock up our art department must actually create the crystal artwork, which takes between 2-4 hours per logo. Since Karma Crystal does not charge artwork or setup fees, we ask that only serious customers who have approved pricing move forward with logo creation.

3.  Upon approval of your custom rhinestone logo and mock ups, completed samples are available for purchase. Sizing garments can be sent as well for a small deposit.  The deposit amount will be applied to your final invoice once the garments have been returned. Sizing garments must be returned and received within 30 days of their arrival.

4.  Once you have purchased and received your completed samples and sizing garments we will open your team web store.  You can complete the form on the owners’ and coaches’ page to let us know if you would like to offer all of the custom rhinestone apparel and accessories available through Karma Crystal or just the products of your choice.  In addition we can designate certain items as MANDATORY PIECES so each parent or student knows that it is required.

5.  Once the team web store has been opened, you will be given a user name and password to gain access to your team web store.  You will then distribute this secure information to the students and parents which will allow them to place their order.

6.  Your web store will keep a running total of your team orders as well as an itemized list of each individual order. At the end of the 2 week ordering period you will receive an email with the team total as well as the itemized individual orders list.  This list will show the total amount that each person owes for their order.

7.  Your gym or studio is responsible for collecting payments for each individual order.  You will then submit one full payment to Karma Crystal for the total amount of the team order.  We will not accept individual payments from parents or students for their orders.  We prefer to keep all professional communication between ourselves and authorized team employees only.

8.  Upon finalizing and paying for your team invoice, Karma Crystal will in most cases have your order completed and ready to ship to your gym or studio within 7- 14 business days.  During our peak season or if items are out of stock, orders may take longer to complete.

9.  If in the future you need to reopen your team store to place additional orders please contact Karma Crystal.  We can set the web store up for additional orders and leave it open for another 2 week period.  The same procedure will be followed as the initial order.
